Where are the size charts?
Each product has its own size guide. These size guides are provided within the images of the product. If you can’t find the size guide or you have a question about it please do not hesitate to call. +44 (0)1933 411 515

How does the Jersey sizing come up?
Maybe a size bigger than what you're used to. Very Similar to Castelli or Sportful sizing.  

What does "complete" mean in order status?
As soon as your payment has been approved upon checkout, our warehouse staff will prepare your order and dispatch this at the earliest pick up. As soon as the courier has picked up for order from the warehouse, the order status will change to "Complete". In other words, this simply means the order is now with the courier and is on the way to you.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed on the day on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders made at the weekend will be shipped on Monday. We aim to dispatch all UK orders received before 15:00 GMT and all International orders received by 13:00 GMT on the same day. Orders received after this cut off will be dispatched the following business day. You will receive an email confirming the dispatch of your order. 

How do I return my jersey?
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. Please follow the instructions on this link: http://terocycling.co.uk/pages/returns

What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

To prevent any issues at checkout, please ensure that the billing address you enter is the same as that held on file with your credit or debit card issuing bank. We are not able to accept personal cheques, money orders or cash payments. 

My order is damaged, what should I do?
We're so sorry to hear your order has arrived damaged. Please contact us quoting your Order Reference Number, which can be found on your invoice, as well as your order confirmation e-mail, and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
We send your order immediately to our warehouse where it is picked and packed by our team, and shipped the same day. Therefore, unfortunately you cannot change or cancel your order after it has been placed. That's not to say we won't try and help - do contact our team if you would like to discuss any aspects of your order. Note that this cancellation policy does not affect any statutory rights to return or refund that you have pursuant to distance selling regulations.

Do I have to create an account to order from you?
You can order from us as a guest, however by signing up with an account you'll benefit from the following:

Tero Sports is a small company that is run by athletes who provide top quality Sports Wear to Bike Shops and other Retail outlets to help build their brand & team identity. We don’t just provide the best sports wear clothing for our customers, we specialise in branding too. We educate and offer our customers branding advice to support and help them develop their company to a level they wish to be at. 

Do you offer custom clothing for Charity rides?
We certainly do. We have provided bespoke cycling kit for over 100 teams/groups of riders. Riding for a cause is a fantastic thing to do, not only does someone get in  better shape by cycling across beautiful areas of the world but they also get to raise money for a good cause. These Charity rides need all the exposure they can get and wearing attractive kit is one of the best way to do that.

Do you offer custom clothing for Corporate teams?
Oh yes! We will handle everything for you from choosing the right fabrics, size guides to finalising the design. Our award winning designers have worked with many brands across the globe so we know how important brand guidelines can be.

What is your minimum order for bespoke kit?
Our minimum order is 10 items per garment.
